Is there any Travel Guarantee ?
As a legal Travel Operator MotoXplorers Lda and BMW Enduro Camp Portugal operate under the European travel guarantee laws to protect their travellers.

How is the payment method ?
After booking you will receive a confirmation with an registration fee invoice of EUR 500. This must be paid within 7 days. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the trip. If you book 60-30 days before the trip, the total amount must be paid within 7 days from receiving the confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy ?
When cancelling more than 60 days before the trip, the participant must pay the registration fee as cancellation fee.
Cancellation 60-30 days before the trip: 50 % of the full amount. Cancellation less than 30 days before the trip: full amount, no refund.
Motorcycle damages?
Minor scratches or scuffs caused by falling over or dropping the bike do not have to be covered by participant. But If the motorcycle is damaged and requires repair, there is an vehicle damage excess charge of maximum EUR 1500
What if BMW Enduro Camp cancel the tour ?
If BMW Enduro Camp Portugal cancels the tour, the full amount of the payment will be refunded to participants.
BMW Enduro Camp will inform about cancellation no later than 30 days before the trip. BMW Enduro Camp is not liable for other costs for the trip, such as flight tickets and other personal expenses.
Can I fly to Lisbon instead of Faro ?
Sure you can, however we can not provide the transfers from Lisbon to the Enduro Camp Base. We can extend your motorcycle rental period so you can ride from Lisbon to Faro and take care of most of your special requests but you must inform us at booking time or at least 6 weeks before the trip.
