Requirements

Riders must have more than 25 years old

Valid motorcycle driving licence (A) and valid passport are mandatory

Travel insurance that covers transportation back to the home country in case of injury.

Complete motorcycling gear (helmet, motorcycling enduro boots, gloves, goggles, motorcycling suit with protectors, back protector).
Sorry, rental of motorcycling gear is not possible.
Motorcycle damages?
Minor scratches or scuffs caused by falling over or dropping the bike do not have to be covered by participant. But If the motorcycle is damaged and requires repair, there is a vehicle damage excess charge of maximum EUR 1500.
What if BMW Enduro Camp cancels the tour ?
If BMW Enduro Camp Portugal cancels the tour, the full amount of the payment will be refunded to participants.
BMW Enduro Camp will inform about cancellation no later than 30 days before the trip. BMW Enduro Camp is not liable for other costs for the trip, such as flight tickets and other personal expenses.

Is there any Travel Guarantee ?
As a legal Travel Operator MotoXplorers Lda and BMW Enduro Camp Portugal operate under the European travel guarantee laws to protect their travellers.

How is the payment method ?
After booking you will receive a confirmation with an registration fee invoice of EUR 1000. This must be paid within 7 days. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the trip. If you book 60-30 days before the trip, the total amount must be paid within 7 days from receiving the confirmation.
What is our cancellation policy ?
When cancelling more than 60 days before the trip, the participant willt pay the registration deposit as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 60-30 days before the trip: the participant will pay 50 % of the full amount. Cancellation less than 30 days before the trip (no show) : the participant will pay the full amount, no refund.
